English level: Upper-intermediate or higher, especially for reading and understanding instructions Previous experience with social media platforms (posting, scheduling, content production and coordination) Ability to quickly learn new AI tools and follow instructions precisely High level of responsibility, consistency, and self-organization Strong communication skills and ability to ask questions when something is unclear Available (Online) at least 4 days a week, ~20 hours total (flexible schedule) Nice to Have (but not required): Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Midjourney, HeyGen Skills in writing or editing content for digital platforms Familiarity with WordPress or basic website editing Visual design or branding sense
