We are looking for a smart, self-driven assistant to help structure and manage websites (mostly on WordPress using Elementor). You’ll be working directly with the founder — a visionary entrepreneur — and your main task is to turn his strategic direction into structured execution without micromanagement. This role is NOT for someone who waits for every instruction. This is for someone who sees the big picture, understands user flow and visual logic, and can independently build pages, format content, assign tasks to freelancers, and ensure the work gets done — properly and on time.

Key Responsibilities: Create logical website structures based on high-level direction Build pages using Elementor (headers, blocks, CTAs, forms, icons, etc.) Format texts for clarity and readability Select or suggest icons and images that match the brand style Use ChatGPT to improve and generate website copy Delegate small tasks (e.g. design, copy) to freelancers and manage deadlines Provide structured updates in a clean, digestible format (not just walls of messages)
